In the "Select the data type to retrieve from the selected device", I ticked "All Summery data and", then in the box I picked ALL and clicked OK. When I open it, it says... No Detailed Data Available. Is there anything I should be doing on my S9 APAP machine? Everything else on the software seems to work fine. If you have any ideas please let me know.
Thanks,
Ernie
Still not able to get Detailed Data on software
Re: Still not able to get Detailed Data on software
What date are you clicking on? A date within the last 7 days or older date and do you see any summary data?

Re: Still not able to get Detailed Data on software
Was the SD card in the S9 last night and those other nights?
And you made sure that you changed the download from the default summary only to the "all available detail" that Jay pointed you to in your other thread?
The default is for summary only and you have to tell it to get "all available data" and make that the default.
You even have to put a check mark in the box about the high def data where it tells you that this will take up more space on the computer.
So...did you correct the download?
and was the SD card in the S9 all night long? If it wasn't, that's your problem. The SD card has to be in the S9 all night long to have the detailed data. It doesn't work like the old S8 machines did where you could leave the smart card out and stick it in the machine and have it write all that stuff to the smart card.
Also...even if all the above is done the S9 overwrites some of the detailed data after 7 nights...
so you have to download once a week or you lose the high def stuff and after 30 days for the other detailed stuff.
Summary data stays on the card for 1 year and then it gets written over (I think)

Re: Still not able to get Detailed Data on software
Have had the card in the machine for a long time. Just brought it down to try the software. I just tried checking the high def data and still the same. I took some screen shots, but don't know how to send.
Thanks,
Ernie

How to do the screen shot thing...talked about here
Screen shot thread viewtopic.php?f=1&t=81072&p=737779#p737779
Do you have SleepyHead so you can see what's happening? I wonder if ResScan can't find the SD card.
You didn't install the drivers for the older S8 machines did you. Technically it shouldn't matter but maybe it does anyway.
