So I have been on a CPAP machine for 6 years now, my weight was first at 360 being told I was 1% from becoming diabetic by my nutritionist, not by my doctor. After going on the CPAP, I took charge to put in a heavy workout, I had a goal to achieve and that was to get my body to properly recover. After 10 months of putting in a solid cardio workout and consuming a healthier eating style, I was down to 275, since then I have hit a plateau my weight goes up and down at 260-265. I live out in the Washington/DC/Virginia area. My question is are there people out there that still do not understand the value of a CPAP and how the first steps have been taken, now where do you go from here, are you lost to your next steps. My life was on a down hill, I hated everything about my life, I had a low self -esteem and I was loosing my memory. If there are people wanting to know what the next steps should be reach out to me, let me guide you, I wish at the time I was going through these things I would have had proper support. I am getting ready to set up my grandmothers appointment, because I would like to help her see the light.
So if there are others out there in the same area, reach out to me, lets chat about what to do next, your doctors will not give you all the necessary information, remember they make money off of the prescriptions they give you.
Thanks!
JC

You are preaching to the choir here, but on a certain other forum, you would be speaking heresy.

As long as you are an unregistered guest the only way someone could try to connect with you is by volunteering their own contact information in a post, and I don't advise anyone to do that at this time. The tone and some of the content of your message sounds like a prelude to a sales pitch ("let me guide you"). Since you are not a regular forum member you need to be way more transparent about yourself than you're being if you expect anyone to reach out to you.
