Sleepyhead vs ResMed s9 auto

Post by Sclark08 » Sun Oct 05, 2014 6:36 am

My sleepyhead report says I am leaking 35% of the time but my sleep report shows a happy face and ahi of 0.6. Is this good or bad?

Not sure why you don't get the frowny face unless the time frame is just a little bit different between SleepyHead and the S9 itself.

Mr Frowny face doesn't show up until leaks are in large leak territory for 30 % or more of the night. I would think he should show up with 35% of time in large leak being reported.

It's probably just a tiny calculation discrepancy.

I don't really look for Mr Smiley or Mr Frowny though....I look at the leak line to decide if leaks were a problem.
I wouldn't be happy with that much leak myself but a lot of it depends on how far you went over 24 L/min....25 isn't horrible...35 or more is pretty bad.

Thanks Pugsy
I checked the time setting and it looks fine. I think my mask is flawed. I have had trouble with this particular one since I've had it. I think it's ascew somehow. Think I'll take that and my machine to DME tomorrow because the leak graph does show large times of leaks twice last night
Thanks again for all your help
