I have the Whisp and I really like it, but sometimes my nose gets stuffy and I feel like I'm smothering. For those congested nights a full face mask is more comfortable.

My current measure of friendliness for instructions or advice is "can my 85 year old mother-in-law follow this advice".
I'm a techno-geek, so I found and began using SleepyHead before I looked for this forum. Almost nobody new to CPAP is like us. Please appreciate that fact.

You would be surpeised to find how many techno-geeks are here. First only folks who use the internet ever find this site, This already rules out people like my 79 year old brother in law, who doesnt know which side of a keyboard to type on, or why.

I thought I was above average in computer skils and technical knowledge in general, but some of the newbes here make me feel like a dunce. One of the criteria in choosing my first machine back in 2010, I had to be able to get software for it, so I could view my data. I searched the web and found this forum. The knowledge I have gained here is far supperior to everything gained from the medical mafia.

I have the Whisp and I really like it, but sometimes my nose gets stuffy and I feel like I'm smothering. For those congested nights a full face mask is more comfortable.

Me too.

I had that same feeling with the medium p10 pillows, switched to large for better breathing. I haven't used ramp in so long I don't remember what it was like for me
I turned the ramp ferrite off because of the smothering feeling
I haven't used my ramp feature In years either. Never did like it, I was one of those who felt 'smothered' by the low pressure of the ramp. Back then, who knows what the DME set it at (year 2000), so I learned quickly to sleep at my them prescribed pressure of 19.
