Follow up: For the last week I have been trying to fine tune my treatment to reduce the frequency of my hypopneas/OAs. I gradually moved up to a starting pressure of 9.5 and have found that in the last two days I am suffering from aerophagia and my AHi creeped up a bit. This is NOT a good outcome. [Simethicone shots are on the house ] I'm changing my pressure back down to 9 tonight and possibly to 8.5 tomorrow if I continue to wake up with bloating.
FYI: This might be a baaad way to lose weight, I can't possibly eat with a belly full of air
