Did you forget and leave the SD card out of the machine last night during the blank time? Or maybe it didn't get stuck in the slot quite correctly?
We lose the detailed graphs if the SD card isn't in the S9 while in use.
I had that happen last Mon and Tues and the SD card was in the slot and I thought it was in correctly but I have no graphs at all for those 2 nights.
The event pattern looks suspicious for REM sleep stage pattern. If you wish to continue with the same EPR setting you likely will need just a little more minimum APAP pressure. Maybe 11 cm and I think the OAs and hyponeas will reduce a little more.
The centrals don't appear to be problematic with these pressures. I think we can put them on the back burner and just keep one eye on them.

Re: Newbie Needs Help
Actually I feel about the same as before I started using the machine except I know my snoring has disappeared as my wife will testify. I certainly don't feel any worse. Last night I actually went to bed around 9pm as I was exhausted for no apparent reason.
In the past, I often got tired about 3-4pm in the afternoon, often took naps around that time, sometimes went to bed very early, sometimes get very tired behind the wheel when on very long drives and always snored very loudly.
I guess it may take a while for my CPAP therapy to resolve those issues?

Re: Newbie Needs Help
Pugsy, yes, I think that is what happened. I think I did not push the card in all the way to make contact and I nudged it right after I started the S9 just before I went to sleep around 9pm, so maybe that is the problem. It looks to me like the data started recording after I turned the S9 off to go to the bathroom and then turned it back on again when I got back in bed.
I can tolerate the EPR setting lower if you think that would be good, or do you think I should just up the low pressure to 11 first?

Re: Newbie Needs Help
I like the comfort of EPR myself but it's up to you if you want to reduce EPR or increase the minimum.
It's strictly what feels better to you.
You might try EPR at 2 and see how it feels. If you are uncomfortable at all...don't try to proceed unless you quickly adjust to it.
It may not feel any different at all and for some people it makes a huge difference.
