6yrs, June 29. ...and it was just another night.
Cpap has melded into my life and it's.......
just another night.
I had a mask connection break a few months ago as I was
getting into bed. No biggie.....went to my box of cpap goodies,
pulled a new frame, pulled the cushion clip and cushion, elbow....
installed on new frame, attached to papcap......
into the abyss.
Purchased a new frame the next day.
Life goes on.
I still have yet to fire up the new S9 I got in Dec.
The S8 auto just keeps cranking along and I just see no reason to change.
I added a night guard for teeth grinding a few months ago....just for fun.
After the adjustment to cpap, the night guard is almost nonexistant.
It's like wearing the HomeDepot hardware section to bed.
It is amazing what your brain can tolerate if you have the right attitude.
I'll see you on the road.
.....just another night.
.....just another night.
"If your therapy is improving your health but you're not doing anything
to see or feel those changes, you'll never know what you're capable of."
I said that.

Nicely stated, and can't be said often enough.
