Curious I have noticed that over the last week, when rested and not mouth breathing. I only have 3-7 CA.
I looked up treatment and read that they created ASV or Servo Ventilation for people that are on CPAP or APAP that have Central Apnea's (My brain forgets to tell me to breathe)
What I hate about CPAP - Its hard to exhale and believe that your body position changes what CM you need.
What I hate about APAP - Took care of the CM and exhale, but I feel like I have to calm down and breathe with the machine (still have small CA)
What I don't know is (VPAP) - I hear the ASV learns how you breathe and starts to breathe with you and help with a backup on the CA, so you don't forget to breathe?
Should I look into this further,
Thanks.

Re: AutoCPAP with CA - ASV???
Your 'centrals' are absolutely normal... a handful or so just prior to waking, and possibly a similar number just before sleep takes over. Those are not the centrals you need to worry about, only large clusters of them throughout the night. Don't even think about ASV or other machines... not needed.
I do think you're trying too hard though to accommodate the machine, rather than letting it do its job and just letting yourself go off to sleep. You shouldn't think about your breathing one way or another (easy to say, I know!) and you're only creating problems. Think about the mask if you like, or even the machine, but also about your work, or retirement plans, or friends, pets, life, etc. If you were expected to concentrate on breathing, you would have been told and trained... and I'm quite sure you were not. Nite for now... sweet dreams.

With 3-7 CAs during the night, it's not the time to discuss ASV machines...Now...if we were talking 3-7 CAs per hour (30-40), that's another discussion.

No, the ASV machine doesn't "learn" about your breathing and adapt to your breathing. It simply breathes for you if you don't breathe within the specific parameters that are set and instead it is the body that learns to be okay with the machine.

I'm only getting 2 - 3 hours a night with the Apap.
Having 3 - 6 CA a night. Usually 3 in a cluster of 30 mins, and duration from 15 - 25 seconds

It sounds like you are having some anxiety with using therapy.
If you are waiting to mask up right "when" you bed down, it might be helpful to wear the mask for a while earlier
while reading or watching TV. The sooner you train your mind and body that what you feel is OK, the better.
When it is dark and quiet, it is too easy to freak out and that just goes too far--too fast.
It might even be a good idea to ask your doctor for something mild for temporary use for your anxiety.
