how to change settings for Respironics BiPap Auto SV

I recently went in and upped my settings and now the machine is fighting my sleep.
I forgot how to get back into the clinician's menu. I know you press two buttons at the same
time and I can't seem to figure it out. Does anyone know?

Thanks, it is the first one you mentioned...the older grey one.
I will reset it for tonight.
