Need Help deciding

I am looking to purchase an oximeter for the finger. I would like either the CMS50E or CMS50H, which one is the newer version?
With the CMS50E I have the option to get the wireless transmitter and receiver. I am thinking this is needed if your computer
does not have bluetooth. Am I right?? I just don't want to buy something I don't need
My computer is window 8, don't believe it has bluetooth.

Ok no advice. Well I went with cms50h oximeter.

You might want to look at the CMS50F as well.
It can be connected to your computer via a USB port.
