Hi everyone. I have been using CPAP machine for about three years now and am wondering if anyone else gets the marks on the side of their face (or around the nose) where the mask is.
Is there a way to avoid these? I can't loosen the mask as the air escapes.
Thoughts?

Re: Mask marks
Mask liners should do it... they also help with leaks. RemZzzs and Pad-A-Cheek are the two main ones - you can order RemZzzs from our forum sponsors, https://www.cpap.com or your local DME will probably have them. Or go to http://www.padacheek.com for the Pad-A-Cheek liners.

Now using AirFit F10 mask; Quattro Air is backup mask. RemZzzz mask liners with both.
