I'm gettin sick of bitching about my CPAP thing so I'll tell you what I ...did .... do.
I got some reading glasses and bent the earpieces so they fit over the mask. Presto... they stay on and I can read myself to sleep.
(this has probably been posted before, but it was a biggie for me)
A ....good....hint.

Re: A ....good....hint.
I started out with masks that had forehead "pressure application devices".
With Rx glasses, I avoided bending them, but threading them in after the mask was on was like
solving a wire puzzle! It worked, but I had to do it with my eyes shut.
You will find many creative folks here:
Just search lab ratting . . . or Franken mask

Re: A ....good....hint.
I didn't think of that when I was using my Quattro air, thought I'd gotten around that problem with my F10 but no such luck... the nose bridge is so thick I can't get them in the right place. Great idea for drugstore reading glasses though!chunkyfrog wrote:I started out with masks that had forehead "pressure application devices".

Re: A ....good....hint.
As I mentioned in your other post it gets easier
It will take some work but hopefully you'll out the mask on and go straight to sleep. (it took me about 2 months to get to that point)
Once asleep hopefully you'll sleep with little interuptions. ( I am 6 month into it and just reaching this blissful phase)
Take control of this and own it!

I agree......When I put on my mask, I turn off the TV and go to sleep.
