I have four days into this APAP, and just downloaded Sleepyhead, which is great work, hats off, and have a nice chart and lots of data, but no idea what it means, particularly for me. Still having headaches every other day, and want to see if its working. My Apria rep is unavailable, but this forum seems to know more and care.
fyi, so I can help others, in loading it, it asked if I wanted to merge a couple of files and I said yes. In asking for data about my apnea, I guessed at what they wanted, but didn't really know what it wanted and I don't have the diagnosis right now. Will this info by me muck up the output date from the card that is displayed. If so I need to find it and get it in there now.
Need a simple explanation for reading the data on the card displayed by SH, etc..
Many thanks,
Reading Sleepyhead for first time.

Re: Reading Sleepyhead for first time.
Not having some answers to the questions in the profile set up won't mess up the data results.
Check out the SleepyHead tutorial thread in the top of the Announcements section of the main forum. I think most of your questions will be covered there. Come back here if something isn't clear.
For member input it helps if we can see what you see so how to post images of your reports is talked about here along with some examples
