Do you think that something is wrong?

Post by Bill44133 » Sat Aug 09, 2014 8:58 pm

I had 3 nights this week where my AHI was 0.00! While I feel alright, It is just odd that I have 3 nights like this. Prior 15 months I have had 2 nights with 0.00.
I wonder if something is wrong with the machine or something. Both Encore and SleepyHead match.

Its terrible that I worry about bad nights and now I am worried about good nights.

Do you think I should back off looking at the data every day?

zoom in on the waveform in SH and look at your breathing, if you don't see any long pauses (10 seconds or longer) then there's nothing the machine will score.

and, yeah, maybe you're getting a tidge obcessive if you're freaking out over things going well

Not sure if it's the same computer yours is, but there's been talk on here of one that gets stuck on 0.0 and has to be unplugged to reset it. If your 0.0 nights were in a row you might try that. If those nights were sporadic, just be happy.
