I was diagnosed with OA back in May and given the usual brick. I was able to upgrade to an S9 Autoset in June. Initially it was set up in straight CPAP mode of 10cm. After a little over a month I was still not waking with energy etc so I decided to set the machine on auto and see what happened. Initially I had a couple decent nights, but that didn't last. I currently have the machine set to 9 - 13cm. I usually aim for 6.5-7.5 hours sleep, the nights showing less than 6 are where I took the mask off in my sleep.
According to SH most of my apneas are CA, though i was diagnosed with OA. Like others I do find a fair number of false positives. I'm not sure where to go from here? Maybe my apnea isn't that bad and I have something else going on? Any input would be much appreciated, thanks!

Your AHI numbers are excellent! If your AHI is usually 5 or less, you are doing well; there's no need to fixate on the type of event. As long as your machine is taking care of you (<5AHI) it's really not an issue IMO.
Now using AirFit F10 mask; Quattro Air is backup mask. RemZzzz mask liners with both.

some people feel great almost immediately after starting and for others it takes longer
It took almost 3 months after I got my leaks under control before I started to feel better....
FWIW --My wife noticed imrpovements in my personality after 2 months of use.
keep up the good work!

So....reports look good on paper.
You get the standard speech...
How is the sleep quality? Do you wake often during the night?
The few nights you get closer to 8 hours instead of 6 hours....do you feel any different?
Do you take any meds of any kind? If so, what?
Also....what is primary symptom you are complaining of?
Fatigue...lack of energy or daytime sleepiness?
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I used to sleep throughout the night every night, I now wake up 2-3 times that I remember. I'm usually awake only long enough to remember that I awoke. Some times I wake up in the morning with my mask off and don't remember taking it off.
I do feel better when I get closer to 8h sleep, but I've always been a bit of a night owl. I've been trying to go to bed earlier the past couple months and usually end up laying there for an hour or more before I even fall asleep.
I do not take any medications other than Albuterol. I do take several supplements daily including the occasional Melatonin to help me get to sleep quicker. The symptoms I'd like to address if possible would be fatigue, brain fog, and moodiness.

Look at the potential side effects to Albuterol
I found these but I don't know just how it might work and/or if when you take it makes any huge difference.

You might also look at your overall sleep hygiene and the times you go to bed. I can't see the graph times clearly but it looks like they are all over the place with some very late like around 1 AM.
