If you didn't change the pressure to 12 and you have the S9 Escape....then for it to change from whatever you were using as pressure to 12 all by itself out of blue with no help from anyone means that something (likely a sensor) in the machine has failed. Machine's don't change pressure all by themselves without either of 3 things happening.ksneil wrote:are you telling me that newer models provide the user with the capability to adjust the air pressure? My machine is a few years old and just started blowing at a 12. Ant idea what might have caused this?
1...someone entered the clinical menu setting and changed it.
2...someone used the SD card and ResScan software to transmit a pressure change
3...sensors went whacko
You as a user can go into the clinical setup menu right now and verify the pressure settings. That ability has always been available to the patient once the patient learns the ultra secret combo to open the setup menu. The link to the video in Kaisagram signature above shows how to do it and the clinical provider manual for the S9 machine also explains how to do it. The user manual does not explain how to do it.
