What is "it"?
Is it the detailed graphs? I use screen shots. The steps needed are explained in that thread along with examples.
Otherwise if you could explain what you are wanting to post and where you are having difficulties then we could offer more specific help.

I have the graphs and the circle pic from sleepyhead and saved it mto my comp. How to upload to cpaptalk is my problem

Images have to be hosted from some place like Photobucket to have them show up in the posts.
Upload the image and then use the image url address in the body of the forum post. If you read the thread I linked to it explains how to do it with Photobucket images and which address to use.
It's the same process with any photo hosting website.

Alternately files can be stored online and you provide a link to the storage. This normally requires us to actually download something and people don't like to download from strange places.
