I see that you actually haven't been diagnosed with sleep apnea, but are waiting for your sleep study.

In my case, it solved the stuffy and drippy nose problem. Good luck, Earl

It hasn't in my case; having a deviated septum also doesn't help. I go through 2 bottles of Flonase each month.

However I will occasionally get stuffed up on one side or the other during the day . But at night, I will get stuffed up, usually one side but lately it started being both sides which makes it nearly impossible for me to breathe at night. I went to doctor and was told I have sinusitis and given Flonase which has so far, given me maybe one night of clear breathing. I have no history of allergies and rarely get colds. I am healthy other than being about 20 pounds overweight and the suspected (waiting for sleep study appointment) sleep apnea which I suppose is not very healthy. So I am curious if anyone else who has sleep apnea suffers from something similar and whether or not getting treatment for sleep apnea has helped it to resolve.
If I understand you correctly, you haven't gotten your machine yet. It cured congestion for me, but not for my hubby. I think you will just have to wait & see if it helps you. Once you start PAP therapy, you will be able to use all the helpful suggestions in this post.

Also, you may want to read the following prior to getting your machine to make sure you get the best data capable machine to obtain the best therapy.
