I am new and having problems

first of all in july of 04 i fell and broke my neck with spinal cord damage. been thru the wringer with failed surgery's and such leaving me with cronic pain.
first part of 2010 I was diagnosed with central sleep apnea and was put on a Respironics Remstar BiPAP AutoSV Advanced with Humidifier. over past 4 years they have done several adjustments to machine.
maximum inspiratory press of 25 cwp
maximum epap of 17 cwp
minimum epap of 10 cwp
I saw the dr 2 weeks ago and the average AHI is 17.5 he wants to do a titration study again which work comp insurance has denied.
so I would like to be able to read the smart card myself and see just what is going on.
any comments or help would be greatly appreciated

I do have encore basic software and an infineer reader but i dont get any data when downloading card
As far as i can tell sleepyhead software wont work with smartcard will it?

SleepyHead won't work with that older model ASV machine since those machines use the smart card and the DT3500 card reader.
SleepyHead only works on the PR S1 machines with smart cards.

Encore Basic should work with the machine though...not sure why it doesn't. Can you provide additional information about what your are doing...Which Windows version...steps you are doing to attempt to get the data...stuff like that?
Which Encore Basic version? Any messages you see?

You do have the Infineer DT3500 card reader???

Ask your doctor to help you appeal the denial for a new study. His documentation is key.
