Setup:
S9, with an Airfit P10 and heated hose. Using the Hypo Allergenic Filters. Mask is changed out once or twice a month.
Pressure: autoset, 5.6-8.0 (5.6 is basically the highest I can get away with without feeling like my throat is about to burst.)
EPR: 2
No ramp
Humidity: 5.5
Temp: 75 degrees
Used average of 7.1 hours/night over the last month. Usage over 4 hrs is 29/30 days (I had a cold recently, which probably messes with the average.)
Leak rate: 14L/min
AHI: 2.8
Core issue is likely my TMJ, and not weight.
Completely removed caffeine from my diet. (Also a migraine trigger.)
So, it's been about a year, and while I'm much better than I was, (I no longer have a constant headache and feel somewhat awake every once in a while) I think I could still do better. I'm still very tired in the morning, I'm yawning most of the day, falling asleep at work is still something I struggle against on bad days, and in general I still feel rather lethargic.
I am consistently able to sleep for an entire night with the cpap equipment connected, don't have problems with leaks, (much better than the SwiftFX that I had previously) and basically don't have compliance issues. The machinery is slightly uncomfortable, but usable, and the airflow feels fine.
I know how to access the super-duper-secret setup and info menus on the S9, but I don't have a way to read the SD card on my computer. (Yet. I'm working on it.)
Anyway, any ideas?
About a year in, room for improvement
Re: About a year in, room for improvement
If you don't have a slot for the SD card on your computer, spend $10 and buy a card reader at Walmart or Best Buy.

Are you missing software or a slot?

OK, got the card reader, and have the SleepyHead software installed. What information do you need from it?
