Hidden AHI/ PB boosters

1. Sleeping too long in one day---i've found my numbers skew bad past 8 hours, and always worse late in the night cycle

2. Nap during the day for some......messes up your natural rythm at night

3. Stuffed nose---deviated septum----mouth breathing

4. Sleep position: if youre going to suppine you'll need more pressure and you might need bipap not cpap

5. Digestion, eating late, blood digestion pooling

6. Fibromyalgia, adrenal, thyroid or other blood problem, fatigue--breathing muscle fatigue

7. shallow breathing either awake or asleep is a bad habit

8. Caffeine

9. Chemicals: pharmaceuticals for other issues

10. FOOD ALLERGIES: gluten in particular and dairy/peanuts the most common. Wheat is a grass....

11. HISTAMINE/INFLAMMATION

12. FOOD ADDITIVES: MSG! Aspartame! Huge offenders

13. Household pollutants, dander, carpet chemicals, unclean air ducts
