In this case my pressure never exceeded 10.
I'm very uncomfortable without pressure relief - i have a tendency to shallow breathe all night without it.
My leaks are awesome and very seldom outside acceptable range. I'd slit my throat if I had to wear a chin strap.
I just raised min pressure from 5 to 6. If these numbers continue after a few days I'll look at going to 7. I don't want to push things too fast though.

I'm hoping to find sweet spot with the pressures. But in just 3 weeks I've moved from 4 to 6. I have a tendency to be conservative when it comes to making changes that affect my health. Comes from years of telling docs that I'm sensitive to meds. I'm the same way with insulin - radical changes usually have a bad outcome

Ensure mouth leeks are low
I can't sleep unless they are absolutely zero.
