Yes. But I don't think there's much you can do about it other than keeping your face and mask as clean as possible so the seal works. I sleep with a kleenex box nearby and blot as necessary.

If your avatar is your actual photo, and I mean this in the nicest way, you may have bigger issues than just a sweaty, itchy nose.

...it seems the ONLY time I get an 'itch' is AFTER my mask is on...learning to untape/tape pretty fast by now!

Give your face a VIGOROUS rub just before you put the mask on.

This seems to keep the itchiness away for awhile anyway.

Sounds like a good idea to me - Thanks!
...and one more thing added to the nightly procedure, sigh...

This is why I switched to the ComfortLite 2. I just can't stand the sweaty itchy feeling my nose and face has when using a nasal mask. Even the tiniest of masks, if it covers my nose I can't handle it. Nasal pillows are great for this problem! If you find the right mask for you, there is very little actually touching the face. Of course, as always, YMMV!

Yeah, "RT", it's a real love-hate relationship I've learned to either sneak my little finger under the mask, or very quickly pull away the mask and scratch, then let it pop back! Just love that blast of air too!

On a personal note, What Lovely Eyes You Have!!! Are you on a ship in the Caribean now?

thank you, lol, and yeah, ditto on the scratching thing too, i learned that early on, at least it confirms that the machine is indeed on since it is so quiet it's hard to tell. or it may be because my ears are so clogged up with air pressure i'm partially deafened, but yeah, gotta love that reassuring blast of air...
