alibaba

Since alibaba is now available to sell in this country I note that they have 7 Chinese manufacturers sell cpap machines. Does anyone know where I can find out about these machines. They seem to be MUCH cheaper than current machines talked about on this site and they have similar specs. Will this company soon start carrying these machines?

I'm guessing that FDA approval and the medical mafia in general is a substantial barrier to importing them and selling them in the US. It would be good if some Chinese manufacturers would start selling more reasonably priced machines in the US.

I suspect that there are also a lot of very broad and vague patents on CPAP equipment that would make it hard to do this. Our US patent system is royally screwed up.

These machines are apparently available for sale now on alibaba. Some are obviously only for resale,but others you can buy one unit at a time.

Coming to your local Wally World;
but only after a great deal of money passes under the table.
It's only a matter of time--but no guarantee they will be safe or effective.

I don't know. The current medical mafia pays a LOT of bribe money to Congress to keep things the way they are and keep things all in "the family."

Look at the cost of prescription medicine in the US vs. other countries.
