Forum members are going to want either the very latest technology machines or bargain basement pricing for a discontinued brick machine no matter how low the hours of use.
Sorry but just the cold hard facts of life when it comes to selling machines here to forum members.
Not long ago a PR S1 60 series Pro model 460 with about same number of hours...$140 shipped and that model is the latest technology and full data too.

You might be able to get some poor uninformed soul on Craigslist to pony up the money, otherwise just donate it to a charity. Contact a few of your local sleep clinics, they should give you some info on where to donate. There are always people without financial resources who need the technology, even if it is a decade old.

I doubt this machine is a decade old. However, I'm willing to drop the price down to $60.

Well, I stand corrected. Eight years it seems:

The M series machines were discontinued late 2009 and early 2010. They were just releasing the PR S1 50 series in Dec 2009 with the first ones and staggered the release of the other models. I think the first models were the 550 but I can't swear to it.
So this particular machine could have been made in summer or fall of 2009 for all we know. Still pushing 5 years old at the youngest. It would not have been made in the summer of 2010 though.

Lowering price. $50 OBO takes it.
