Pad A Cheek Nasal Mask Liners
Bruising bad on my nose with a blister and marks from the actual nasal masks, WISP and Swift Nano. They are very loose on my head. Does anyone know if these nasal liner works for these masks? Thank you very much. Or do they get in the way of breathing?

Re: Pad A Cheek Nasal Mask Liners
Liners help a lot of people and some people they don't help. Only way to know which one you will be is to try it.
In terms of restricting breathing...no, they do not restrict breathing. Karen at Padacheek advises that people enlarge the opening for the nose (on the nasal) and for the nose and mouth (on the FFM) liners because everyone is different in terms of what they might need. She does this on purpose.
You will need to enlarge the opening for the nostril area to suit your nose though.
Now I will say this...the Wisp and the Nano are not masks that normally require liners. I don't know how many people here have actual experience with these 2 particular masks and the liners together.
If you are having problems with blisters and abrasions from this mask...that's highly unusual. Not impossible and I know you are being specific that you aren't over tightening things but these masks simply aren't known for creating your type of problem.
Is your skin fragile? What I call paper skin? Easily damaged?
I know you don't want to use the nasal pillow masks...but you might have to rethink that desire...just saying....

Re: Pad A Cheek Nasal Mask Liners
Thanks Pugsy: Karen was very nice and helpful. Maybe they are too tight? I have a large and maybe need a medium? Maybe with the large size I have to tighten the straps a little more than usual to get a fit? No, I do not have paper thin skin. Pretty tough actually. I did order the mask liner and I will see how that works. Thanks Pugsy.

Re: Pad A Cheek Nasal Mask Liners
Maybe you don't need that Large size. I have seen the Large in the Wisp...that's pretty big and going to take a big nose to fill it.
I used a Nano for a little over a week to try it out. It didn't do any damage at all to my nose and I have never used any mask on the bridge of my nose so that area hadn't been "toughened up" at all.
May nose isn't tiny by any means...not huge but sure not tiny and I used the Small quite comfortably.
Maybe it is too tight or maybe just the wrong size...wrong size and rubbing around will cause blisters...think new shoes that don't quite fit just right.
I just don't see either of these masks causing such skin disruptions unless something is wrong somewhere with the fitting...either the size or the headgear.
Unless someone has paper thin skin and you would know it if you did.
