SleepWrangler --
He can sell them and you can buy them somewhere where he is not using the Goodman's bandwidth. Would you approve of him setting up a table in the corner of their store without their invitation to sell in competition? I hope not. Same thing here.
When you buy his products you are encouraging this.
Last year I purchased two masks from a similar "entrepreneur" on this board before I really thought about what I was doing. Now, after considering the issue, I would never do that again, and I am just trying to encourage others to show the same courtesy to our hosts.
I have nothing against the guy, he just needs to not abuse the hospitality of our hosts. Right now, I think he is.

****If you dont like what I'm doing just don't buy any.. and if you want to voice your opinion start a thread and voice it.
You dont see any of the people I have sold to complaining.. right?.
How about these medicaid patients who only get one mask a year. If I can help them save a few dollars I feel alright about myself at night.
Its not like I am undercutting their prices by 1 dollar.. in some cases the masks I am selling are 30-40 cheaper.

So, you don't like that I am posting in YOUR thread and interfering with YOUR business?
Wow, what a concept, why didn't I think of that?
I have wasted enough time on this, go do as you will, I can't stop you. Sorry that you are unable or unwilling to comprehend.

Re: Masks for sale!!!
Sleepguru is correct in that point. I bought an Airfit P10 mask from her, and I'm very happy with it.Sleepguru123 wrote: You dont see any of the people I have sold to complaining.. right?.
I'm well aware that this forum is generously provided by our hosts, and I have attempted to purchase masks
from our hosts, but have not been able to because my sleep doctor will not respond to their request for prescription.
I fully intend to dump my sleep doctor once my cpap rental period is over, but right now I'm not willing to start
a 3-way war between myself, my DME, and my sleep doctor.
So I quietly buy new masks wherever and whenever I can, and sleep with them a few nights, and decide what works and what doesn't,
with the help of Sleepyhead. It's actually cheaper than buying masks through my DME and paying my high insurance deductible.

Re: Masks for sale!!!
I always share this site and our sponsors with those I meet in person who can't afford DME "bondage".
If our hosts' prices are still beyond their reach, I would direct them to use the web. (or search my orphan box)
So far, everybody is so impressed with cpap.com, I need not go to plan "B".
Of course, the economy is good here ("what recession?")
