If you're talking about "bed pillows", go up to the Search line and put in "bed pillows" and start reading through the posts.mpate2808@gmail-dot-com wrote:Do the special CPAP pillows help? If so how do I choose one?
There are quite a few different types and manufacturers. Everyone has their own preferences.

Re: CPAP Pillows?
I found it best to shop for a pillow close to the same height as the one I normally use.
Some were too tall for my short neck and caused pain.
Since I snuggle into the pillow, using it to help secure my mask, I use an ordinary, soft pillow.
I also need to shop pillows in person, unless I am buying a duplicate of one I know I like.

I been using the Contour pillow for several years. It works great for me. It is a memory-foam pillow... so you will either love it or hate it.
