I think you did well for those 3.5 hours. Leaks at zero, very impressive -- was that with your nasal pillow mask?
Since the machines don't know if we're awake or asleep, those "central" events may or not be true central apneas. We can see those 'flags' during restless sleep, transitions from one sleep stage to another, pauses in breathing while we're turning over...

Do you remember removing the mask? If so, was it due to mask discomfort, air pressure discomfort, aerophagia, the overall weirdness of the whole new situation, or something else?

Edit: You posted your second message while I was typing this. So my comments were about your May 1 sleep.

Most helpful with the screenshots is to hide the AHI line and instead show the AHI "Events" graph with the tic marks.

I did have a septoplasty and concha bullosa removal this february. septum deviated to the left and concha bullosa was on the right. Unfortunately my septum redeviated but my right nasal passage is completely patent. Did that cure my sleep apnea?? AM i free?

Yes i remember, I unclicked it, i think it was just discomfort. No for the 3.5 hour sleep i used a full face mask. my brain was awake enough to know this is uncomfortable but not awake enough to know this is good for you.

Remind me -- did you have a sleep study after the surgery or did you start using the machine again because of how you were feeling?

I dont even think I went to sleep, Was pretty awake. When I checked My AHI it said 22 or something ridiculous. All my apneas are labeled as clear airway apneas. Was it the nasal pillow mask causing issue?
Can you format your screenshot to look closer to this:

Yeah, 22 events sounds ridiculous under the circumstances! SleepyHead reporting bug? It would be interesting to see the whole sleep session in a screenshot (like above) if you don't mind.

Ok figured it out, Hmm So i guess I only played with the machine for 15 minutes in the afternoon. Ignore the index reading on the bottom left. It is averaging it out with the night sleep time from April 30th. And no its not a sleepyhead bug the machine read an AHI of 22 as well, but i dont think i was asleep, the phone kept bothering me.

No I have not had a sleep study after the surgery. I started using it cause of how i was feeling, am scheduled for an inlab sleep study on 13th of this month.

Turn off the mask pressure line....all it is is a fuzzy duplication of the pressure line...not needed. That way you can resize the graphs so there is better balance in size of the graphs.

Left side..need the AHI bar graphs showing breakdown into catergories.
Right side..need the Events graph , flow rate graph, Pressure graph, leak graph...and maybe snore and Flow limitation graphs if there is much activity on them.
When you resize the graphs can you leave the bottom time line please.

Also go to the Preferences section and then to the Appearance tab....remove the check mark from "use pix map caching" ...close SH and then open back up. Let's see if that helps the fonts and numbers on the graphs from being a little weird.

the bottom time line does not show up on my sleepy head, unlike whats posted above me. Is this an option I can turn on?

Hmmm...so your clock times are absent totally....I just tried every possible little tweak in SH and couldn't make mine disappear. I have never run into this problem before. There is no setting to turn on or off for the clock times that I am aware of.

Go to the unstable builds and install the Windows 0.9.4 latest build and see if your clock times on the graphs are still absent. You can have both on your computer as separate programs. It doesn't have an install though. You have to go into the folder and find the application.exe file to open the program. I just found it and then created a little shortcut to it on my taskbar.

I have no idea why you don't have clock times showing. Anyone else seen this and might have fixed it????

Normally removing the check mark for "use pixmap caching" fixes little oddities with the graphs.
