AHI lower with smaller nasal pillows?

I noticed my AHI went from 2.3 with use of the large pillows on the Airfit P10's to 1.8 when i gave the mediums a try last night. Would that be coincidence or does the size of the pillows make a difference. Strangely, i thought the mediums, while they did seem to seal, were less stable than the larges, but that could have been because they were definitely feeling less "there", if that makes sense.

if they leaked more that could interfere with the machines
ability to sense some events esp. during the leaking period
imo always start w/large pillows
they normally seal better

That amount of difference in AHI is really insignificant. AHI can and will vary more than that and you don't have to change a thing. We just don't sleep the same each night.
I have had AHI 0.0 nights followed by a night with AHI of 5.2...and then have another night with less than 1.0...all never changing a thing.
