Since I got sleepyhead and my new machine, I've been downloading the card to sleepyhead every day. What happens if, say, I don't download it for a week, then download it. Does it download everything from the last download?
Thanks.

Re: Question about downloading card
Since you have a ResMed machine, don't wait longer than 7 days. The Resmed overwrites some of the data after 7 days so you could lose some information. Folks who use Resmed can provide details if you really want to know.
Otherwise all is good.

Re: Question about downloading card
You lose some of the detail graphs if you go longer than 7 days. The important summary and AHI data isn't lost though...just some of the graphs.
So yes...it picks up everything since last download but some of the files get overwritten on the SD card but it can't pick up what was written over.
Over 30 days between download and even pretty much all the graph data gets written over and all you get is summary usage...AHI average and leak averages for the stuff over 30 days.
So you lose a little if over 7 days but less than 30 days...if over 30 days then the days over 30 will be missing a lot of stuff and when using Sleepyhead it will so no data at all for those over 30 days. SleepHead needs those data files that were written over. ResScan doesn't though. So with ResScan (which is what your DME will use) the data they look at will always be available.
They don't care about graphs over 30 days.
