Can someone explain to me what the A Flex option is on my CPAP? I can tell no difference when its on or off. I have the Respironics One Remstar Auto machine, and the booklet doesn't really explain it.

Re: A Flex?
Go up to the Search line and put in "AFlex". There will be many pages of posts. Pugsy has explained it well in some of hers and there are links to the Philips/Respironics site which also explains it.

It's a comfort option.
I felt that way CFlex...I couldn't tell any difference no matter what I did with it.
When I tried AFlex...I liked it and it felt good.
You may be one of those people who it doesn't matter whether you use it or not or use something else.
