Connecting Climateline to Mask

Hi, please help. Just got Climateline tubing and Swift Nano For Her mask. How do I connect the two? Does the orange plastic thing come out from the tubing? Desperate for answers. Thanks!

Hi Lexxie: Orange plastic thing is the end that connects to the back of the humidifier. This video tutorial shows you how to connect it (it's the first video on that page):

Yeah, connected that to the back of the humdifier. However, there is also an orange piece on the inside of the tubing on the mask end. Not sure what to do with that. Cannot get that end to connect to my mask.

I don't have your mask but I just watched the fittiing video for it on our forum host's website: https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... center-tab.
I'm assuming you have the short hose assembly that comes with the mask installed properly. It doesn't look like you'd need a special connector piece for that mask to attach to the Climateline. The Climateline hose fits the same as a standard hose. The little orange piece inside the Climateline shouldn't make a difference. FWIW, I find that when I replace my Climateline hose the new one is a little stiffer and not quite as easy to slip over my mask short hose, and over time it softens a bit and gets easier. Could it be that you're encountering a bit of stiffness and thinking that it won't go on?

I tried the Nano mask & it did not work for me.

But, connecting the Nano short hose to the ClimateLine hose was NOT a problem.

That orange part inside the hose at the mask end is the sensor that tells the climate control temperature at that point for regulation, no need to connect it to anything. Just attach the mask hose inside the climateline like a normal hose and all is good.

That does sound like what he is trying to do.

The larger end has orange and electrical connections. If you look at the other end inside it is also orange. There is enough room in front of that to slide the hose onto your mask.
