Saw my respiratory technician the other day. I was told that it sounds like I am having some problems with "air trapping." So, she changed my VPAP settings as follows:
Changed both my Trigger and Cycle from the default medium to LOW.
Changed my Ti Min from .3 to .1
Changed my Ti Max from 2 to 4.0
My lungs feel less "hyperinflated" when I sleep on this VPAP setting. Also, I went back to using a full 45 minute ramp setting. First time I have used the ramp since I originally started CPAP therapy years ago.
