Resmed nano care

Just got a swift fx nano, trying it out tonight. The material it is made out of seems similar to the material the swift fx pillows are made of, and my oily skin seems to be hard on the pillows. What do you do to help maintain the life of the nano cushion, and how long are people finding it lasts?
