Missing *.005 files on data card

Hello,

I tried to check my Respironics "Level One" data card. I got 2 of them. The older one is writing 3 files each day (with extensions 001, 002 and 005). The newer one writes only two of them (001 and 002).
Is somewhere a configuration point which may be different ? I have checked but I didn't find any.
Therefore I cannot see how fine the therapy really is.
I got them from different providers. The "newer" one has a serial number smaller than the older one. Is the newer one older than the older one ?

The SD card must be in the machine all night for the machine to write the xxx.005 files to the SD card.
Are you switching out the cards or leaving one in the machine at all times?

You can manually copy the xxx.005 files from the SD card that has them and paste them in the SD card that doesn't....and get the data.

Those xxx.005 files are only for flow rate graphs though....if you can't get any other data then something else is going on.
