Is my machine c flex?

Post by Sleepy Jose » Sun Jan 12, 2014 11:18 am

I was given an older Cpap machine Remstar M series model 1051158 serial number H001737068 I was going to use this as a back up.

I noticed that this machine has some resistance on the breathing out.

I was wondering if this machine is a c flex machine.

God Bless and thank you.

Any of the older machines that did offer some sort of CFlex exhale relief will have a mention as to whatever Flex is available on the top of the machine itself along with the other model information.

So in general....if you see the words "CFlex" anywhere on the machine...it will have it but if you don't see those words then most likely the model is the more basic model which doesn't offer any sort of exhale relief.

If your machine is the M series Pro Cpap machine then it probably includes CFlex relief but if the machine is a M series Plus cpap machine it may or may not have any exhale relief but if available.....it is clearly shown on the machine itself.
