ResMed actually helped me, I was going to buy a new APAP or Bi-PAP in the next few months. Due to ResMed's support for price gouging, I called CPAP and ordered.
REMstar Auto C-Flex CPAP, REMstar Heated Humidifier with bag, hose and manuals $709.99
Subtotal: $709.99
Notice I am not going to Field test the "M" series I'll leave it to the Nubies, to test them, we will go with a known fine product. These two machines will probably outlast me.
Thanks again, ResMed, for your article trying to fix where I spend my dollars. I think I'll just put 40% back, and use it to buy cat food. Jim
Where did I buy, CPAP.COM, of course!

Get Blown!
I'm sure I will, the Pro 2 is perfect, also. I just don't want to get caught without, and the cost between the Pro 2 and Auto isn't that much, so we get a change, but stay in the Ballpark. The Auto Bi-Flex almost made it, but I don't have any trouble using C-Flex, so it would have been overkill. Jim

Good Luck Jim
Good Luck to you Jim.
You deserve a new machine, you have been commenting for awhile that you had wanted to get an Auto.
You were one of the early members when I first joined this site that has been very instrumental to my success now. I wish you well.

I wonder if Resmed will actually follow through with this? I really do. Somehow I doubt it. Think about it. They WERE the big guys on the block but along came Respironics and their C-flex. So far, Resmed can't compete. People on this site are buying the Respironics product 4 out of 5 times, if not more. This means Resmed are slowly losing market share. Raising prices will NOT help this situation. If they're not the smallest now, even with the current prices, they will be.
