I've read:

The Harvard Medical School Guide to a Good Night's Sleep by Lawrence Epstein and Steven Mardon
The Insomnia Workbook by Stephanie Silberman
Sound Sleep, Sound Mind by Barry Krakow

They all had some value.

I'm working my way through Sound Sleep, Sound Mind by Barry Krakow and so far I'm having pretty good results.

My favorite sleep book is "The Promise of Sleep", by Dr Dement. I think many will find his experiments very interesting indeed.
