You are using a Resmed machine. If you are ready to use ResScan I would be glad to help you b/c, imo, SH is lousy

Not sure what you are trying to print ...
I always found it easier to just take a screen shot and then print the screen shot.
Are you trying to print the general report? I don't have a working printer to test that feature out right now...outta ink.

Ignore Avi...unlike him I don't care what software you are using...I will try to help anyway I can.
Looks like he is back on his grumpy pills today.

Hi Karen

To make this report, I go to File/Print Report in Sleepyhead. It worked with both a pdf printer, and a HP laserjet printer, using Windows 8.1. My report is also 3 pages long.

You may want to try to install and print to a pdf printer (I googled "Free PDF Printer" and found several). If your system already has a printer called Microsoft XPS Document writer, it acts similar to a pdf printer. You could print to that, and then look at it on your computer. If it looks okay, you could print (the XPS or PDF document) from there and see if it comes out better. If it appears good when you view the PDF or XPS file, but doesn't come out when you print it, the issue probably is with your printer.
