is there anyone that uses this mask and what pros and cons are there? I am just using a trial quattro ff mask and I can't trial another mask without buying it...and NO returns here:(

I have a Liberty and think it is a fine mask. I have a long, thin face and needed the size large. The contour of the mask sides were not curved inwards enough to lay flat against my cheeks without my having to over-tighten the straps. I simply couldn't tame the leaks! I wish this mask would have fit me because it is very nice. If you have a thin face, or your cheeks collapse (jaw drop) while you're sleeping, the Liberty may not be your best choice.

I love the hybrid-style mask, so I decided to try a Hybrid mask, hoping it would fit better. The mask on the Hybrid is indeed more curved, and fits my face perfectly. Because it comes with all sizes of cushions and nasal pillows, you have more sizing options, too.

Comparing the two masks, I think the Liberty is better made, and the nasal pillows are more comfortable. Negatives of the Liberty: vents on the sides of the mask get in the way if you are a side sleeper (bed pillow either blocks the vent on that side or partially blocks the vent causing noise). Concerning the Hybrid, I like the headgear better. I also think the built-in chin cup is the magic that makes this mask work for me. The vents in the center of the mask are more user-friendly for me.

Depending on you facial structure, you can't go wrong with either one of these masks.

I forgot to mention that I also use the Quattro FX (love it!), but I alternate it with the Hybrid when my nose gets sore.

thank you very much for that excellent review. I am a side sleeper so doesn't look as though the liberty would work for me...
I will ask my outlet if they can supply the Hybrid as that looks like a great alternative. I am in Canada and have a small local supplier so am limited.
thanks again

If you are a side sleeper, consider a cpap pillow. They have side cut-outs that accommodate the mask when sleeping on your side.
