Hi All,
I am having some issues with a Respironics REMStar Plus CFlex. This is my second go round with this machine. The first one began beeping on start up after a few tries to reset, it finally would start. Sometimes it would need to be unplugged and plugged back in before start up. I took that machine in to a shop in Katy, TX for service, and they provided me a loaner on the same machine. I have now had the loaner for 2 years and that shop is out of business. The loaner is now doing the same thing.
Recongnizing I may be better off buying new rather than repairing, does anyone know if a place in Katy / Houston for repairs to these units? If I did replace, what would be a comparable machine for this unit?
Thanks to anyone who responds!
Dean J.
REMStar Plus CFlex Maintenance
Re: REMStar Plus CFlex Maintenance
Respironics has used the term Remstar on all models they have ever made since time began.
Which exact series machine are we talking about?
The Legacy series machine...the M series machine...or the most recent PR System One series machine?

Can't help with a local repair shop...most of the time it costs more to fix them than they are worth.
Craigslist is always a decent option if you know the exact models.
The Respironics "Plus" machines are basic machines. The most recent version would be the Phillips Respironics (PR) System One 60 series Plus CPAP with CFlex...model 260.
Model numbers 450 and above are more than basic machines and offer full data if data is important to you or you are wondering.
