Okay.. that is the latest build and the problem with SleepyHead is probably the language difference.

Get him to install ResScan as it has a French option for language and I bet you will get the needed graphs like they are supposed to be seen.

But..if his 95% leak number is looking good (under 24 L/min) we can usually assume that leaks aren't much of a problem.
Now if the 95% leak number is over 24 L/min...then leaks might or might not be problem. It isn't always as bad as it might look when the 95% number is elevated. The "or below" part of the definition comes into play. I have had 95% leak numbers with my S9 as much as 27 L/min and actually only spend about 20 minutes in large leak territory with the rest of the night the leaks being quite acceptable.
Now of course any leak that wakes a person up will need to be addressed because it is disturbing sleep and not so much because it might be impacting therapy all that much.

Pugsy,

Do you think if he changes his S9 language setting to English it could fix the SleepyHead problem or it is too late?

At the worst he could uninstall SleepyHead and install it again once he changes the language on the machine, if that didn't fix the problem? Is there a hidden file etc he would need to find to erase ? He started using SleepyHead I think naround 3 weeks ago so he will not lose a lot of data anyway.

I don't know if changing the language on the machine now will affect the past data already written to the SD card...
Meaning I don't know if the machine will then change the old data files or just the new data files from after the change.
Worth a try...maybe create a new user profile in SleepyHead to check it out.
I am thinking it won't change the detailed data files that have already been put on the machine though because the machine needs the SD card in the machine to put all those detailed data files on it. Otherwise we get only the summary usage graphs...so a blank SD card inserted into the machine after the change won't give us anything but summary use.

Changing the language now should fix the problem from now on...but I don't know if it will fix the past files.
It all depends on what the machine puts on the SD card and not so much what SleepyHead thinks.
Sure worth a try though.
