No Data

Hi everyone!
I'm new here. Been using cpap for 13 years. Recently got a new machine (I think the info should be listed below). It has an SD card slot. I formatted (FAT) an SD card and inserted it. It Reads, says "Activity-do not remove" then tnat goes away. I used the machine all night, got Sleepyhead software and attempted to load the date. Just accessing the root of the card is the only location which did not pop up the "couldn't find any new machine data" window. The software shows this on the Statistics page:
No CPAP Machine Data Imported

Machine Information
Brand Model Serial First Use Last Use
Philips Respironics System One (250P) P03789200DE0D

but "No Data" on all the other pages. There are directories and files on the card.
Any ideas where I am going wrong?

I think that maskin do not collect any usefull data. But other members could explain better.

There. Just got my machine info to display at the bottom of the pose. Hope this helps.

Hi LuvCPAP -- Sadly the Plus does not record data so SleepyHead cannot report anything.

I think the Plus only records how many hours of use. I'm not sure if SH picks up that info from the SD card but someone who is more familiar with your machine will be able to tell you.

You're welcome -- I wish it was happier news. Any chance you could trade the Plus in since it's new and get a data capable machine?

If not, is there any way the good folks here can be of help?
