Encore Viewer Software

Hey guys I have an M series cpap and I am trying to read the data off the card. I thought I would be able to use the sleepyhead software with a card reader but apparently that won't work. Is there some place to download the encore viewer software? I heard that would be the way to go with the m series machine.

Don't know of a source for Encore Viewer except maybe cpap.com. Encore Basic will read the older machines if you have the Mako DT3500 card reader, only one that will work. The driver for the card reader depends on whether you are running 32 or 64 bit machine. If you have the card reader let me know what operating system you are running and I might be able to help with Encore Basic and the driver.

No Sleepyhead will not work with any card reader except the SD Card that comes with the later machines.

I have the scr 3310 card reader but not sure if this will work or not. I am running vista 32 bit. I ordered the card reader thinking that I would just be able to get the drivers for it and have it work. Sounds like it isn't as easy as I was thinking.

I don't think your card reader will work. Seems like I remember someone else trying that card reader and could not make it work. These programs are very hard to get to work. I will send you a link to Encore Basic if you want to try it. Check your private messages.
