Red marks
So I was using a pilairo for months, no red marks. Then, all of a sudden, every morning, two bright red marks on each side of my nose (where the cushion touches my face. No pain, but noticeable. I figured either I need a new cushion or it's a winter/dry skin thing. I switched to the Eson nasal mask for other reasons anyway, now I have red across the bridge of my nose (not as bad, but still noticeable). Avice? I'd vastly prefer not to have to use one of those "cover your face to protect it from the mask" things, since this is already a huge pain in the neck...
Re: Red marks
Could be a "winter" thing.
Have you tried a skin lotion to protect those areas? Carefully cleaning those areas just before bedtime?
Have you made sure that your mask is cleaned every day so that you are not building up some irritant on the mask?
Have you tried placing a soft piece of cloth under the cushions to keep the mask part from contacting your nose?
