F&P Pilairo Nose Pillow

I got a new mask and I sent it to my sister, as I have a mask. I did not open the box before mailing it to her, but it came in pieces. She has tried to follow the directions to put the soft pillow part on properly but the darn thing came apart 5 times last night, not very successful. I looked at Youtube and found a video and it showed that it comes assembled out of the box, which was my previous experience. Can anyone comment what she should do? Maybe it is defective. What a pain in the butt. I was trying to help her find a mask that works and this is what I use and so far I love it.

I have this mask and have not had any trouble with it. You have it with no problems. It came in parts (mine came assembled as did yours).

These are reasons to think there is a problem with that particular mask. Where did you get the mask? Maybe you can return it as defective.
