There's some good info in this article... some just common sense that's mixed in with some crap. Wake up with the sun? Exercise after waking up? Come on - some people have to get to work right off the bat. We don't all live on a beach in Oceania

Still, like I said, there's some useful stuff here too. I do love my creekside water effects from my sound generator, plus my magnesium oil spray

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Yeah, I'm not a big believer in the earthing stuff, myself. But there is some logic to getting a big dose of light when you wake (even if it comes from artificial light) and dimming the lights about an hour before sleep, and sleeping in a totally dark room. There are primitive areas of the brain that do respond to light cues. I remember some studies I read in my neurobiology class (about 100 years ago!)--fascinating studies where they shone a bright light on the back of the knee and saw physiological changes!

Overall, most of the stuff at least falls into the "couldn't hurt, might help" category.

I can tell you that getting up when the sun is up is much easier then when the sun rises at 8:30 am or later (today the sun rose at 7:45 and set at 16:49). They sell special alarm clocks here with full Wpectrum lamps which simulate the concept of the rising sun. In the summer when it doesn't set until after 11 pm it is really hard to get to sleep without heavy curtains. when visiting my daughter in Whitehorse one summer that bloody sun didn't set until after midnight and was up again at 3 am and it never got dark - it was really disorienting.

Oh and there was a time in my life when I did get up early enough to work out for an hour before breakfast and work, in fact I much prefer to work out then, before my brain actual gets going and can think of other things I should/could be doing.
