I've had my APAP for a week. In general I'm doing ok with my machine and adjusting my mask...some nights are good, some not so good, but I'm making progress. Thanks to this forum, I've also learned how to download Sleepyhead and import the data, and I'm slowly learning what the data means.
I think the next step is to learn how to transfer a night's Sleepyhead report into a post on the forum so I can be prepared if I need to ask a question about it. Because I don't have a lot of computer experience, I'd be grateful if someone would point me toward a link or thread that would teach me how to create such a post.
Thank-you for your help.

Re: How do I transfer Sleepyhead data into a forum post?
See if this thread helps you..we talk about how to get the image of the report (screen shots) as well as how to upload to some place like Photobucket so we can insert an image link here and that's how we put reports in our posts for others to see.

Re: How do I transfer Sleepyhead data into a forum post?
I studied the link you sent and was able to find the snipping tool. Also I set up an account with photobucket, but when I attempt to download the image into photobucket, a little screen says it's downloading, but it just "spins" and never completes the download. I was hoping photobucket would work because your next instuctions to select the url address seemed helpful for the final step to place the image into a post.
Since I couldn't get photobucket to download, I wonder if I'm doing something wrong. I used the snipping tool and selected "full screen" and moved the image into a file I created for sleepyhead images. The problem seems to be in downloading from the file to photobucket.
I experimented with another free site called dropbox and was able to download the sleepyhead image into dropbox. From that point I didn't know how to transfer the image from dropbox to a post.
I think I'm getting close but don't know how to finish. I'm not very experienced with computers, and I would appreciate it if someone would please help me through these final steps. I need really simple instructions.

Re: How do I transfer Sleepyhead data into a forum post?
Not sure why Photobucket wants to sit and spin and think about loading..are you trying to do one image at a time or a group of images in bulk?
Let me see what needs to be done from dropbox. Going to test something here to get the steps..so bear with me.
Okay..this is how I got this image below.
Go to your image and highlight the file in your dropbox folder for the image and then right click the mouse and from the menu that pops up choose "copy public link"
Then open your forum post....see the IMG button on the forum editor next to the URL button? Click on the IMG button and you will see 2 IMG brackets pop up and your mouse cursor should be in between the 2 brackets...right click your mouse and choose "paste" from the menu. You will then see the brackets enclosing the url address where the image is....you need to click on preview to see how it looks posted on the forum.

Thank-you. You're not only great with computers, you explain very clearly so people can learn. I'll practice a bit to get ready for when I need this new skill. Again, thank-you very much for your time and your talent.
