Hello,
I'm trying to get the results for my girlfriend so she can provide them to renew her CDL and sleepyhead is not importing data "No CPAP Machine Data Imported"
It reads the model 260P and serial number.
In the sticky it says to not even bother to use it if the System One machine is older that 450. I don't know if this machine falls in this category.
Please help
Win7 x64
sleepyhead and 260P
Re: sleepyhead and 260P
I'd like to add that all files in the final directory on the SD card end with the extension *.000
there arent any *.001 *.002 etc files. I'm not sure if that is normal.

Re: sleepyhead and 260P
It's not the fact that the 260 is newer than the 450 machine...it's the fact that any model number BELOW 450 doesn't gather any data beyond hours of use. The 60 part of the number means it is a 60 series machine...the 50 part of a model number means 50 series and yes the 60 series is the newest...but the 2xx part of the model number means that the only data the machine gathers is hours of use.
Any Respironics machine model lower than 450 won't have any useful data. 260 is below 450.
SleepyHead can't get any data because nothing but hours of use is gathered.
Her machine is a PR System One 60 Series Plus CPAP machine with CFlex...

It's normal for the 260 machine as those are the files that are needed for the data you were wanting to see.corran wrote: there arent any *.001 *.002 etc files. I'm not sure if that is normal.

She has only had it since March, but now she is required to submit her CPAP data to a company to verify that she is using it so that she can renew her drivers liscense.Pugsy wrote:It's normal for the 260 machine as those are the files that are needed for the data you were wanting to see.

Is there any way to get that data in a readable form to present to this company? even if it is only hours used.
Re: sleepyhead and 260P
I believe so but needs to be a different software that will present what you need in a format that can be printed off and official.corran wrote: Is there any way to get that data in a readable form to present to this company? even if it is only hours used.
Give me a couple minutes and I will send you a private message with what you need.
